Breathe in, breathe out, arrive – “forest bathing” is good for everyone. The term comes from the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku. Which means “forest (air) bath”. Those who engage in it get to know the forest anew and sharpen their senses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our forest pool is located in the quieter western part of Waldwelt and covers around 200 square meters. There are loungers, seating and a spiral of life – mainly made from natural materials such as wood and stone. And now? A short guide to forest bathing is available at the cash desk – simple and effective exercises to help you enjoy the forest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forest bathing – a sensual treat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Smell the trees, taste the air, feel the wind, hear the rustling. All of this has an effect on body and mind. Forest bathing strengthens the immune system, reduces stress and increases self-esteem. Try it out! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
