Team

The team at Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu consists of around twenty employees, some of whom work full-time and some part-time. In addition, there are many temporary staff, especially in summer, who are always a valuable source of support. From administration to marketing, sales, building services, cash desk, store, kitchen and serving – every “Waldwelter” has their own area of responsibility.

Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu has been an integrative company from the very beginning. This means that we assume social responsibility in the spirit of our sponsor, the Catholic Youth Welfare Association of the Diocese of Augsburg (KJF). 40% of our employees are people with disabilities who we integrate into working life.

Together we work on an eventful, adventurous day with lots of happy moments. We pay attention to safety and smooth processes, take care of culinary excellence, maintain a healthy forest and keep the park clean. We enjoy these tasks and our visitors can feel it. Day after day.
