Optionally bookable: € 4.00 per person) are served. Served with crispy rösti, wild garlic potato wedges and napkin dumplings, accompanied by fine vegetables with cauliflower, almond broccoli and romanesco and whole mushrooms with wild herbs. For a sweet finish, a fluffy Kaiserschmarrn with roasted plums awaits you. Vegetarian option with vegetable cakes.
