Summer, sun, skywalk: summer vacation at last! Six weeks off school and lots of time for fun. The Skywalk Allgäu forest world offers adventure and variety for the whole family.

We have put together a varied vacation program for you.

From guided shooting star hikes (Monday, 12.08 + Tuesday, 13.08) , exciting afternoons with the beekeeper (Tuesday, 13.08 + Monday, 26.08), juggling and diabolo workshops (Saturday, July 27 / Sunday, July 28 / Sunday, August 25 / Friday, August 30) , herb tours, children’s craft activities in the forester’s house (Thursday, 01.08 + Friday, 02.08) and much more….

So it’s no wonder that a trip to the Skywalk Allgäu forest world is on the children’s vacation wish list.

The last few weeks show: Forest experiences with the family are currently very popular. Between the treetops, up to 40 meters above the ground, people of all ages can discover the forest from top to bottom. And there’s a wonderful view of the Allgäu Alps and the sparkling Lake Constance for free.

The way down is full of adrenaline: the alternative route through the net tunnel with its wobbly slabs and suspended beams allows all members of the family to test their balance and ability to cope with heights. At the end, a winding tube slide takes you one floor down – right into the adventure forest.

Teams of two or more maneuver the ball into a hole on the wobbly maze – using their feet and their own weight. Guests chase after clattering balls on a wooden track. At the end, it’s time to take off your shoes and walk, wade and stomp along the barefoot path. After the stubby ground, a fluffy petting session awaits guests: cute goats and camera sheep in an open enclosure. Too hot for warm wool? Then off to the water playground. Those who prefer a quieter activity can explore the interactive discovery stations on the forest adventure trail.

In the restaurant, the Skywalk Allgäu tastes of the forest – how could it be otherwise? Instead of plain chips, there are forest power rösti with forest mushroom salad, watercress, wild herbs and sprouts. For the little ones, the forest plate is full of spaetzle in cream sauce, carrots and beef meatballs. And for dessert? Ice cream cake! What else…

Thanks to the large amount of woodland on the site, there are always shady places to relax, even on hot days.
