Always follow your nose!

Together with an experienced herb expert, the group sets off on this event in search of native medicinal and useful plants in our large forest area. During the guided hike, the herbal expert introduces the group to the ancient knowledge about the effectiveness of certain herbs. By the end, everyone will know how to process and use some unknown natural treasures. The main characters: herbs and plants from the local forests.

Learning through experience!

Accompanied by an experienced process trainer, you will carry out experience-oriented exercises in this group event and grow together as a team. Depending on your objectives, the team workshop will focus on topics such as leadership, collaboration, project management or agility. The trainer from our partner “faszinatour” combines theoretical elements with selected exercises. These take place outdoors, which promotes experience-oriented learning. Reflection afterwards helps to clarify and internalize the workshop content. The content must be agreed with the trainer in advance in order to determine the exact requirements for your team.

90 minutes of forest knowledge. Here, teams, families or club mates explore our park with an experienced guide. Included: everything you need to know about the technology of the teetering suspension bridge construction between the trees and the answer to the question “Why doesn’t the woodpecker get a headache when it knocks?”. The group price is valid for up to 25 people.

Get creative!

Creative hours and lots of fun. In our creative workshops, we work with the groups to design a real piece of decorative jewelry from natural materials, depending on the season! The unique pieces are an individual gift and a wonderful souvenir to take home.

Find the connection to each other

Companies are living networks of people who pursue common goals across hierarchical and departmental levels. Networking in nature is aimed at larger groups. Here, people learn to pull together and function as a team. The focus is on working together in ever larger work units. Accompanied by experienced trainers from our partner “faszinatour”, employees meet up in nature to network outside of their daily work routine. They get to know each other from a new perspective. Experiencing and working together in the great outdoors brings people together and creates the basis for a functioning network within the company – sustainably and successfully.

In this package, the group experiences the forest educator and nature thinker Karin Müller-Vögel in a 150-minute guided tour of the forest. The topic: What we can learn from the ecosystem. Nature shows us how we can live in cycles and think biodiversely. It teaches us to behave sustainably, to adapt, to be mindful, to live in community and how to work together properly. Now it’s getting rustic: We serve our Kässpätzle in a cast-iron pan. Freshly prepared with Allgäu mountain cheese. Served with fried onions and fresh, mixed salad in the buffet version.

Forest flavors, rustic cuisine and conviviality are combined here. Pork neck and turkey breast are served fresh from the oven from our large, cast-iron pan with spruce needle jus, cauliflower, almond broccoli and romanesco with roasted raisins. Vegetarian version with vegetable cakes.

Sizzling roasted aromas.

At this buffet event, we spoil our guests with crispy delicacies from the grill. The location: The covered panoramic terrace with a magnificent view of the Alps. We offer various meat and sausage specialties with forest flavors from the charcoal grill (e.g. wild boar sausage), refined vegetable boats, spicy rosemary potatoes, a fresh wild garlic dip as well as salad variations and fresh bread.
The barbecue buffet can also be booked for vegetarians. Here you can also enjoy grilled corn, mushrooms and vegetables.

Hearty specialties such as juicy forest honey mustard roast (pork), spicy herb roast (turkey) and optional crispy pumpkin seed cutlets (pork) are prepared in our large, cast-iron pans. Optionally bookable: € 4.00 per person) are served. Served with crispy rösti, wild garlic potato wedges and napkin dumplings, accompanied by fine vegetables with cauliflower, almond broccoli and romanesco and whole mushrooms with wild herbs. For a sweet finish, a fluffy Kaiserschmarrn with roasted plums awaits you. Vegetarian option with vegetable cakes.

Die perfekte Balance aus Spaß, Bildung und Team-Building!
Die Kernfrage lautet: Wer hat am Ende in der Wildnis die besten Überlebenschancen? Wir hängen heute alle von der Technik ab. Wasser kommt aus dem Hahn, Wärme aus dem Heizkörper und unsere Nahrung wird von anderen angebaut und geerntet. Bei diesem Workshop wird das Team auf die Grundbedürfnisse zurückgeworfen. Das Event bietet die Chance, Beziehungen neu zu definieren und sich als Team zu erfahren. Alte Handlungsmuster werden durchbrochen und Raum für Neues entsteht. Die Gruppe beschäftigt sich mit folgenden Outdoor-Themen:

Shelter: Ein einfaches Lager wird errichtet, das vor Wind und Wetter geschützt ist. Für den Bau werden nur Naturmaterialen und einfache Hilfsmittel verwendet.

Food: Pflanzen sind leicht zugänglich und stehen ganz oben auf dem Speiseplan. Gemeinsam werden Sie nach essbaren Wildpflanzen und geeigneter Notnahrung suchen.

Fire: Ein Lagerfeuer dient vor allem dem gemeinschaftsbildenden Zusammensein. Das Feuer wird nicht einfach mit einem Feuerzeug entzündet. Nach alter Bushcraft-Manier probieren die Teilnehmer:innen verschiedenen Feuer-Techniken aus wie z.B. Schlageisen und Feuerstein.

Orientierung: Findet das Team den richtigen Weg? Auf dem Programm: Der Umgang mit Karten und Kompass.
