User regulations

The user regulations are part of the user contract between skywalk allgäu gemeinnützige GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “skywalk allgäu”), Oberschwenden 25, 88175 Scheidegg and the respective visitor. The user regulations apply to the entire area of the nature adventure park. Upon entering the skywalk allgäu, visitors accept the following regulations for the use of the nature discovery park.

Admission

• The Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu may only be entered with a valid admission ticket.
• Tickets are not transferable.
• After leaving the park, the day ticket loses its validity.
• Children and young people under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult will not be admitted. In addition, special instructions for accompanying children in the park will be pointed out separately.
• The Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu reserves the right to make changes to opening hours at short notice, in particular closures or partial closures due to unfavorable weather conditions or other circumstances for which the Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu is not responsible.
• The last admission to the Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu takes place at least 1 hour before closing time.

Security

• In wet conditions, there is an increased risk of slipping on the paths and trails.
• Sturdy shoes are required.
• You must leave the treetop walk immediately during thunderstorms.
• The elevator may not be used during thunderstorms.
• In winterly weather conditions, there is a risk of slipping due to freezing wetness, especially on the stairs to the treetop walk and at the observation tower.
• Use of the entire facility is at your own risk.

Not allowed

• The specified paths and trails may not be left.
• Children under the age of 10 may not enter the treetop walk unless accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults must comply with their duty of supervision.
• Objects may not be thrown from the path.
• Smoking is not permitted in the outdoor area or in the buildings. Smoking is only permitted in the beer garden.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the treetop walk. There are dog boxes in the shade below the observation tower.

Liability

Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu employees. This limitation of liability does not apply to body injury or personal injury. No liability is assumed for items brought along. This applies to damage of all kinds.

All facilities of the Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu are carefully maintained and monitored. Should visitors come to harm through no fault of their own or expect such harm in the future due to an incident, this incident must be reported to employees before leaving the premises.

Other

• Dogs must be kept on a leash. Soiling must be removed immediately by the dog owner. You will find waste bags and garbage cans by the dog boxes.
• Image and sound recordings for commercial purposes require the prior consent of the management.
• Orders and instructions from employees of Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu must be followed immediately.
• Persons who violate the user regulations may be expelled from the premises. A refund of the entrance fee is excluded in the event of violations of the user regulations.
