How do I start a tour?

Download the CityRiddler app from the Google or App Store, click on “Join adventure” and enter the tour code. You’re ready to go!

How long does a tour last?

That depends entirely on your pace. In general, you should allow 1-2 hours.

Of course! You can pause the tour at any time in the app and pick up where you left off later.

Do I need special equipment?

For the tours, you need at least one person in your group who has a smartphone with the CityRiddler app installed.

In addition, both tours lead through rough terrain, onto the Skywalk and onto the viewing platform – so sturdy footwear is a must.
